Commissionaires of Southern Alberta - Multiple Positions

The Commissionaires of Southern Alberta are recruiting for a number of board positions. We are a not-for-profit organization with a social mandate to provide meaningful employment opportunities to former service, military, RCMP and others.  We are an organization that employs over 1300 employees in Southern Alberta, with a commercial focus. We currently provide security services to the region of Southern Alberta with an annual revenue of $50M-$100M. There are 4 board meetings per year and 4 committee meetings and an AGM. Each member is expected to actively participate in both board and committee meetings. This is an extremely rewarding volunteer opportunity, and consists of a 2-year term, with the possibility of 4 terms total.

 

Non service and former service personnel are both very welcome and encouraged to apply. 

 

Interest from geographic regions of Red Deer, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Calgary are encouraged. We are committed to evolving diversity including but not limited to age, gender, and ethnicity.
